1. The service
SLMtik is a free online tool that fetches publicly available media files from links you provide and delivers them to your device. We do not host, upload or publish any third-party content ourselves.
2. Allowed use
Use SLMtik to save content you own, content the owner allows you to download, or content you may legally keep for personal, non-commercial use in your country. You are responsible for how you use the files you download.
3. Not allowed
- Re-uploading other people's content as your own, or removing credit.
- Downloading content to sell, license or use commercially without the owner's permission.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
- Automated or bulk scraping of the service, or attempts to overload it.
- Trying to access private, restricted or paid content.
- Using the service for harassment, impersonation or any illegal purpose.
4. Platform rules
TikTok, Facebook and YouTube have their own terms. Following them is your responsibility. For YouTube in particular, only download your own videos or videos with a license that allows it, such as Creative Commons.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Platforms change their systems often, and some links may stop working at any time. We do not promise that every link will work or that the service will be available without interruption.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SLMtik is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
7. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property and respond to valid notices as described on our copyright page. We may block links or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe.
8. Trademarks
TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are trademarks of their owners. SLMtik is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with them. Names are used only to describe compatibility.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using SLMtik after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of SLMtik is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes go first to friendly discussion by email; most issues are solved that way.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We may add, change or remove tools, languages or features at any time, for example when a platform changes how it delivers media. We try to keep every page working, but we may pause the service for maintenance or to stop abuse without notice.
13. Security
Do not try to probe, scan or break the service, or bypass rate limits. Responsible reports of security issues are welcome through the contact page.
14. Age
You must be old enough to use the platforms you download from. TikTok requires users to be at least 13, and younger users should use SLMtik only with a parent or guardian.
15. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve SLMtik without any obligation to you. We are grateful for every one.
